● upload another person’s personal information without authority;

6. Submissions and uploads (including KYC documents)

● represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it; 

● authorise us to use it to verify identity, conduct background screening and manage onboarding as described in our Privacy Policy; 

● acknowledge that we may use third‑party service providers to process your information on our behalf. 

We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these terms or our policies. 

7. Accounts and security 

You are responsible for the security of your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. 

8. Intellectual property 

We and our licensors own the site and its content. You may make a single copy for your personal, non‑commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. 

10. No professional advice 

The content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or tax advice. 

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Governing law and venue 

These terms and any non‑contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a US consumer with non‑waivable rights under your state’s laws, these terms apply only to the extent permitted by those laws. 

15. Copyright complaints (US) 

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the site without authorisation, contact privacy@whitlowconsultancy.com with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material and its location on the site; (d) a statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
